Jupiter College of Nursing stood up under the management of Lalithamma Educational & Charitable Trust with the pure motive of imparting quality knowledge in the field of nursing in the year 2004. This institution has all the facilities prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council and Karnataka Nursing Council along with the affiliation of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. This institute provides all the encouragement for extra-curricular activities either in sports or cultural events. Jupiter School of Nursing is the center for the examination for the diploma in nursing course, which was conducted by Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board, Bangalore. This college is located in the sprawling campus in the outskirts of Bangalore near Nelamangala about 20km away from the railway station. The campus covers the space of about 2 acres of land in an elevated arena adjacent to the highway where it has become a landmark of its own. This college aims to generate a graduate who is able to land a trademark in the society in providing the medical health care to the patients with utmost compassion and with the same will compete in the global nursing system to hold the leadership positions.
Jupiter College with the motive to stand high in the society wants to give opportunities to those nursing students who perceive the civic responsibilities to endeavor forward uplifting the profession of nursing in cooperation with the other disciplines to improve the health care system and conclusively for the welfare of the nation. The college offers B.Sc.
